France is concerned about the duration of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and calls for a solution through talks, French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte told reporters.

According to him, the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan is long-awaited. The ambassador recalled that its functions are slightly different, and another ambassador, the co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group is engaged in the Karabakh peace process.

As reported earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
