IDBank introduces IDDistributor, an innovative digital platform that combines payment automation and access to working capital in one integrated solution. This initiative is co-financed by RECONOMY—an inclusive and green economic development program funded by Sweden and implemented by Helvetas.

What is IDDistributor?

IDDistributor is a modern financial tool that enables delivery representatives of supplier or manufacturing companies to accept payments from retail point of sales in a secure and fully cashless way.

The solution simultaneously addresses two key challenges in business cooperation.
First, it simplifies and digitalizes the settlement process between suppliers and retail point of sales, making transactions faster, cashless, and fully traceable. Second, it provides micro and small businesses with greater financial flexibility through the Rocket Distributor pre-approved credit limit.

The platform not only streamlines the payment process at the point of delivery but also increases transparency and operational efficiency by reducing risks associated with cash circulation.

How the System Works

The system operates through the integrated work of two applications: IDDistributor and IDBusiness Mobile.

· IDDistributor is designed for delivery personnel of supplier companies.

· IDBusiness Mobile is designed for retail outlets.

At the time of delivery, the delivery person enters the payment details in the IDDistributor application and generates a QR code. The retail outlet then scans this QR code using the IDBusiness Mobile application and completes the payment either from the funds available in the company’s accounts with IDBank or through the innovative Rocket Distributor credit limit.

The payment is processed instantly, and the funds are immediately transferred to the supplier company’s bank account, becoming available to the supplier or manufacturing company and ensuring the speed and smooth continuity of the processes.

Rocket Distributor: A Flexible Working Capital Management Solution

An essential component of IDDistributor is the Rocket Distributor credit facility.

If a retail point of sale does not have sufficient working capital at the time of delivery, it can use a pre-approved credit limit provided by the IDBank to make the payment for the supplied goods immediately.

This mechanism allows businesses to:

· enhance business processes,

· ensure continuity of supply,

· manage working capital more efficiently,

· and accelerate product turnover.

The credit limit is determined by the Bank based on the creditworthiness of the retail point of sale and may be periodically reviewed.

Merchants who accept cashless payments from buyers will be able to easily repay the Rocket Distributor loan or accumulate funds in their IDBank account, thereby simplifying product turnover and the processes of receiving and making payments.

Moreover, once the Rocket Distributor loan is repaid, the credit limit is immediately restored, allowing the merchant to use it again for subsequent orders.
