STEPANAKERT. – A Karabakh army soldier was killed in Azerbaijani shelling on Monday morning.

Arman Movsisyan (born in 1998) was fatally wounded at a military outpost deployed in north-eastern direction, Karabakh Defense Army said in a statement.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
