Women in mining and in ZCMC

Globally, women make up 10-17% of the mining workforce. At ZCMC 22% (1025) of the staff are women. We are proud to be slightly ahead of the trend and plan to ensure better results. Of our female workforce 92% are from the Syunik province (adjacent communities).
