One of the most anticipated moments for Orran’s children became a reality as they finally met their favorite footballer and long-time supporter of the organization, Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

For nine years, Mkhitaryan has supported Orran by donating his signed jersey to the organization’s annual fundraising dinner and auction in the United States. The proceeds have consistently been directed toward the education, nutrition, and essential care of vulnerable children. Over time, his jersey has become one of the most meaningful highlights of the event, symbolizing both sporting excellence and deep social responsibility.

Mkhitaryan—accompanied by his mother, Marina Tashchyan, and his wife, Betty Vardanyan—met the children he has supported for years, including those displaced from Artsakh. Orran’s founder, Armine Hovhannisyan, presented the organization’s work and expressed gratitude for his long-standing commitment.
